This is a follow on from yesterdays blog post. 
These picture were taken a couple of years back when we visited an area of Newport called Caerleon. I thought it would be a shame not to share them with my readers. 



We think this is Paul Flynn Member of Parliament from Newport, but are waiting for it to be confirmed.

Some of you may remember last month I made a Beetroot Rose Rice Pudding , my husband loudly asserted  You can make that again !  Well I have been looking for a reason to make  a variation of it again and it came with the   Wendy at A Day In The Life on a Farm . Healthy Vegan - 5mile Friday

It's been a week of big smiles and warmth in my heart, so I that is what I am going to share this Friday. To start off, I returned to work after a long weekend away only to receive a phone call from one of my clients who rang to simply say Thank you .  I know you many go, big deal, people say Thank you to me all the time, but the nature of work I do, I rarely get any thanks as people just want to move on, so I was totally overwhelmed by this graceful elderly lady making an effort to tell me  of the difference my involvement has made to her mental and physical well being.  She has even invited me back to her home for a cuppa and cake int he future.  I assured her, I would take her up on her kind offer when I was in her direction.  A long-term blogger friend of mine Choclette who has been blogging as long as I have, won her first long-overdue blogging award for Love Made My Home .  and Friday's Fave Five with Susanne.

Healthy Vegan - Roasted Zucchini - Courgette. Cherry Tomatoes and Popped Black Bean Salad

I mentioned in a previous blog post that  I don't quite get the fuss around popped beans,  and now having made some at home, I am still bemused.   Also I was a little unsure how to use them having now made them, as they are not like traditional popcorn made with corn, but   waste not want not - I decided to scatter them over some Savoury Courgette Muffins and this R oasted Zucchini and Cherry Tomato Salad.   The Popped Black Beans were elevated further by the generous dusting of  some  Outback Spirit Tasmanian Pepper Salt   that Johanna sent to me last month.  I love it, so flavourful and zesty.  I can happily dip my finger in the bag and suck, but I am a grown up woman and won't do that, well that is what I am telling you.     I am looking forward to using the  Outback Spirit Tasmanian Pepper Salt  much more, even scattered over some traditional popcorn.    Thank you so much Johanna.
